The Gobbler – November Burger of The Month

What a year its been, as we head full steam into November its time to get ready to give thanks for the great fortune we have been blessed with, namely all the awesome Sauce fans that have made this year so much fun.

What better way than with a Thanksgiving dinner inspired burger, we start with our custom grind burger patty, topped with house smoked cheddar cheese, sliced turkey breast, a pumpkin/sage/sausage stuffing patty, and the grilled buns are smothered in cranberry mayo. Served with a side of currant gravy to drizzle on as you wish.

Its something we think will be easy to be thankful for, so be sure to get yours before the month is out. Gobble Gobble, even turkeys like to #getsauced.

This month we pay homage to one of our favorite and frequent customers, a man who knows the meaning of #getsauced better than most. The burger draws inspiration from the Minga Valley and features two patties: one juicy sauce burger and one house made spicy sausage, peppers and carmelized onions, two slices of pepper jack, and a healthy schmear of mustard man relish.

September marks the birthday of Matty McLennan and we want to celebrate all month long, best part is… this thing is outlandishly delicious.

The Christos Burger

Christos is our owner’s new son’s name. So yeah, he showed up 8 weeks ago and already has a burger named after him… pretty cool right!?! Anyway it is a beauty as Spiro told us to go all out, so we topped our juicy patty with some delicious braised lamb, a slab of grilled feta cheese, and some house mad tzatziki sauce. The kid is pretty cute, and this burger lives up to the name Christos, its amazingly delicious. Come in before July ends to taste it.
