Introducing the Caprese Burger for January

Its time for the Italian Stallion within us to bust out and strut it’s stuff. That starts now, with a Caprese Burger of legendary proportions. Bookended by not one, but two fried slices of fresh mozzarella heaven, this burger has the old neighborhood tipping their fedoras. We finish it with a fresh pesto spread and balsamic aioli, and of course plenty of tomato.
