We are thrilled with the newest addition to our Craft beer list here at Sauce, especially since it is local (Maine), delicious, and so well received by all of you so far. If you like I.P.A.’s give the Stowaway from Baxter a taste soon. It goes particularly well with our spicy sauces and the nearly famous 3B burger.

Craft Beer in Andover, Dale’s Pale Ale

Craft Beer in a Can is a trend whose roots include Dale’s Pale Ale:

Here at Sauce, we are thrilled to bring you an ever changing selection of Craft Beer. One of our favorites is Dale’s Pale Ale, like all the craft beer we sell it is served in a can. Brewed in Colorado by the Oskar Blues Brewery this Pale Ale offers a copper color, a pleasing Hop Flavor, and a subtle caramel over-tone.

In the words of the Brewery’s Website, Dale’s Pale Ale is:

“America’s first hand-canned craft beer is a voluminously hopped mutha that delivers a hoppy nose, assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and hops from start to finish. First canned in 2002, Dale’s Pale Ale is a hearty (6.5% and 65 IBUs), critically acclaimed trailblazer that has changed the way craft beer fiends perceive canned beer.”

Here at Sauce we think it is a great complement to several of our Sauces, notably the Pirate Style Jamaican Jerk and the Herbal Greeko Sauve. We put those sauces on our wings, both regular and boneless, and our amazing crispy ribs. So next time you are in grab a Dale’s and see what we are talking about.
