Naked Wings are Here

True Buffalo Style Wings now standard at Sauce…

We Listened and Tested and have changed our Wings, we still make them to order and dip them in our amazing homemade sauces but we are no longer dipping them in buttermilk and our gluten free breading before we fry them… they are going to be naked from now on. That means they will be made in the traditional Buffalo Style.

The Why:

The fact is we loved our original recipe but needed the trial and error of being open to figure out the best way to serve them. When it came to take out (and soon to start delivery) our original recipe didn’t hold up… it got soggy instead of staying crispy like when they are eaten right away. Now we are serving our home cooked wings (not frozen in a box from a supplier) what we call naked and people seem to be loving them. A woman from Buffalo came in last night and absolutely was thrilled so we felt good about that.

Anyway let us know what you think next time you are in and thank you all for the feedback. We want to make you happy, and believe this is another step in that direction.

As always our wings, ribs, boneless chicken, and fries are all gluten free… ask which sauces are when you order too!
