El Dante’s Inferno

We took ghost chiles and grilled them with limes, and added garlic, shallots, gram masala, and cumin to make a fire hot sauce with tons of flavor. It’s the best of both worlds all wrapped up in one. The grilled limes bring a citrus note which is followed by a strong heat.

Honey Lime Sauce-racha

We made a fermented thai chile pepper mash from scratch, then added sweet clover honey, and lime juice and zest to make a sweet and spicy homemade version of the famous sriracha hot sauce. This one is loaded with flavor and brings a manageable heat.

Introducing Chicken Sandwiches

You can choose to have a crispy piece of chicken replace any of our burgers, plus choose any of the sauces to put on the chicken. Above is the classic buffalo chicken sandwich with lettuce, onion, tomato, and blue cheese.

New Special Sauces – Mango Fuego and Cranberry BBQ

Its time for some new Sauce Flavors, and we have two for you!

The first is a labor of love from the spring to now, we made a pepper mash from some peppers we grew and some we bought at a local farm in Haverhill. Then we added some fresh mango puree to make a spicy and sweet sauce we call Mango Fuego. It took months to grow the peppers and three weeks to let the mash ferment. The result was an insanely hot pepper base that we made manageable by adding the Mango and a touch of brown sugar.

The Second is called Thanksgiving in Buffalo. It is a Cranberry Chipolte BBQ, which we made with fresh cranberries and some smoky chipolte peppers. Its a perfect way for us to nod to the season and deliver a sauce with the Thanksgiving spirit. Background Heat and a tangy sweetness makes this special sauce a true BBQ star.

Sauce Wings at Fenway for Game 6 of the World Series

It happens every 95 years or so, and Sauce had to make an appearance to see the Red Sox raise the trophy on Fenway’s sacred turf. Here at Sauce we love food that goes with a big game and this was one of the biggest ever in Boston. #GoRedSox and #GetSauced
