The Secret is Out. December Burger of the Month.

The word is about to get out. This month we reveal a long running secret here at Sauce. We feature a burger that has been available, but isn’t on the Sauce menu, to get it you have to ask for the secret burger.

It is a larger version of the sliders that are so popular at 15sx.com and we wanted to share it with you, our Sauce Burger lovers.

First we start with our griddled brioche bun, then top it with a special house ground sirloin burger that is mixed with truffle oil. That delicious beauty of a burger is then topped with some special recipe porcini aioli, sauteed mushrooms, and shaved parmesan cheese.

The Secret Burger is not on the menu, but it isn’t something you will forget either.

The Gobbler – November Burger of The Month

What a year its been, as we head full steam into November its time to get ready to give thanks for the great fortune we have been blessed with, namely all the awesome Sauce fans that have made this year so much fun.

What better way than with a Thanksgiving dinner inspired burger, we start with our custom grind burger patty, topped with house smoked cheddar cheese, sliced turkey breast, a pumpkin/sage/sausage stuffing patty, and the grilled buns are smothered in cranberry mayo. Served with a side of currant gravy to drizzle on as you wish.
