Thank you for all the support, we are thrilled to keep cooking for you, now for the details: 

  • Online Pre-Order your dinner so that we can better have it ready when you want it, and you can check it off your list. Andolini’s Items can be ready for pick-up at 4:45pm and later. Video: Pre-Order Ahead of Time
  • We have added larger format half pan dishes for those of you who want to feed a crew or freeze and save for days when restaurants may be closed. 
  • We have made the change to online orders only as our phone line was constantly busy last night and frustrated guests, phone orders also require an in-store transaction, card/cash exchange and slow down the process. In addition, online orders ensure we make exactly what you want and there is no misunderstanding. Andolini’s phone is not attended, and we are doing all ordering through Saucewings.com Online Ordering.

This month we pay homage to one of our favorite and frequent customers, a man who knows the meaning of #getsauced better than most. The burger draws inspiration from the Minga Valley and features two patties: one juicy sauce burger and one house made spicy sausage, peppers and carmelized onions, two slices of pepper jack, and a healthy schmear of mustard man relish. 

September marks the birthday of Matty McLennan and we want to celebrate all month long, best part is… this thing is outlandishly delicious.
